Farming in Uganda
Mugiti Slow Food
You will be volunteering at Mugiti Slow Food community garden by encouraging or passing the awareness of local plants and biodiversity, respect for the environment, and the sustainable use of soil and water. St. Kizito's babies home (gangama)
You will be volunteering at the orphanage and daycare center by sharing your skills with children aged 0-5. Even if you don't have any experience, spending quality time by playing with them and showing love and care, and also helping with their daily care is a huge help. This program is great for you if you love children and want some childcare experience. Most of the children at the orphanage have lost their mothers during childbirth, while others have been abandoned by their families in public places.
